How a remote support session works
Download & run
Pick your platform above. The download is already configured to connect to our support server — there is nothing to set up. When prompted, select RUN (no install required).
Share your ID
Read the 9-digit ID shown in the client window to your technician over the phone.
Accept the connection
When prompted, click Accept. You stay in control — every action is shown live and you can disconnect anytime.
